小型超声波清洗机与干冰清洗机的应用领域的区别

小型超声波清洗机与干冰清洗机具有相同的清洗效果,但其适用范围却大不相同。让我们来看看这两者的应用领域。

This kind of bubble is produced and developed in the negative pressure region and closed rapidly in the positive pressure region. During the whole process of this small ultrasonic cleaning machine, which is called cavitation, the bubble closure will cause thousands of atmospheres to burst instantaneously. Constant pressure will destroy the surface layer of small pieces and make the dirt on the surface and crevice fall off quickly, so as to ensure the actual effect of cleaning.

Although the expected effect of small ultrasonic cleaning machine in cleaning small objects is better than the traditional cleaning method, due to the different power and frequency, appropriate application can ensure the expected effect of cleaning, and get twice the result with half the effort. Because cavitation erosion is generated unevenly along the high sound intensity band, when the cleaning block is in place in the cleaning solution, the non-uniformity caused by cavitation erosion will lead to the non-uniformity of cleaning. In order to solve this problem, small ultrasonic cleaning machine generally adopts the following two reasonable ways:

1、移动清洗对象位置

For dry ice cleaners, liquid nitrogen is used to clean the surface according to pressure. Due to the large temperature difference, stains on the surface of objects become fragile, which causes them to be removed under destructive pressure. The dry ice cleaner should be carried out by means of spray gun, so it can handle very large objects on metal surface, such as paint and other dirt, and has strong adhesion. Small cleaning machine is suitable for cleaning small and medium-sized articles.
