超声波清洗机如何维修保养

  清洗机由超声波发生器和超声波换能器组成,超声波换能器是由压电陶瓷材料制造的夹芯式换能器,压电陶瓷材料在交变电场的作用下会产生机械振动。 超声波换能器常见问题:

  The cleaning machine consists of an ultrasonic generator and an ultrasonic transducer. The ultrasonic transducer is a sandwich type transducer made of piezoelectric ceramic material, which generates mechanical vibration under the action of an alternating electric field. Common problems with ultrasonic transducers:

  1."超声波换能器受潮"一般用兆欧表检查和换能器相连接的插头,检查换能器正负极间的绝缘电阻值就可以判断。一般要求绝缘电阻大于30兆欧以上。如果达不到这个绝缘电阻值,很可能是换能器受潮。维修方法是把换能器整体(不包括喷塑外壳)放进烘箱设定100℃左右,烘干三小时或者使用电吹风去潮阻值正常为止。换能器振子打火,陶瓷材料碎裂。维修时可以用肉眼和兆欧表结合检查。一般作为应急处理的措施,可以把个别损坏的换能器断开,不会影响到别的换能器正常使用。

  1. "Ultrasonic transducers are damp". Generally, a megohmmeter is used to check the plug connected to the transducer, and the insulation resistance value between the positive and negative poles of the transducer can be checked to determine. Generally, it is required that the insulation resistance be greater than 30 megaohms or above. If the insulation resistance value cannot be reached, it is likely that the transducer is damp. The maintenance method is to place the entire transducer (excluding the spray coated casing) in an oven set at around 100 ℃, dry for three hours or use a hair dryer to remove moisture until the resistance value is normal. The transducer oscillator ignites, causing the ceramic material to shatter. During maintenance, a combination of visual inspection and a megohmmeter can be used for inspection. As a general emergency measure, individual damaged transducers can be disconnected without affecting the normal use of other transducers.

  2."换能器脱胶"我们知道大多数厂家采用胶粘的方式固定换能器,但超声波清洗机的长期使用后由于振动会出现脱胶现象。也有厂家采用胶结加螺钉紧固的方式,一般情况下不会出现脱胶,由于螺钉的作用,振子脱胶后不会从振动面上落下,一般的判断方法是用手轻摇振子的尾部,仔细观察振动面的胶水情况做出判断。

  We know that most manufacturers use adhesive to fix the transducer, but ultrasonic cleaning machines may experience delamination due to vibration after long-term use. Some manufacturers also use the method of bonding and fastening with screws, which generally does not cause delamination. Due to the action of the screws, the oscillator will not fall off the vibration surface after delamination. The general judgment method is to gently shake the tail of the oscillator by hand and carefully observe the glue situation on the vibration surface to make a judgment.

  3.一般振子出现脱胶以后超声波电源输出的功率正常,但是由于振子与振动面连接不好,振动面的振动效果不好,长时间后由于能量无法释放出去,很可能会烧坏振子。振子脱胶对于用户来说维修起来是比较麻烦的,一般情况只能送回生产厂家进行维修处理。避免振子脱胶有效的方法是平时使用中注意不撞击振动面。

  3. Generally, after the detachment of the oscillator, the output power of the ultrasonic power supply is normal. However, due to poor connection between the oscillator and the vibration surface, the vibration effect of the vibration surface is not good. After a long time, the energy cannot be released, and it is likely to burn out the oscillator. The detachment of the oscillator is quite troublesome for users to repair, and in general, it can only be sent back to the manufacturer for repair and treatment. The most effective way to avoid detachment of the oscillator is to be careful not to hit the vibrating surface during normal use.

  4."振动面穿孔"一般超声波换能器满负荷使用数年以后可能会出现振动面穿孔的情况,这是由于振动面的不锈钢板长时间高频振动疲劳所致,振动面穿孔说明换能器的使用寿命已经到了,维修上一般只能更换。

  4. "Perforation of vibration surface" Generally, ultrasonic transducers may experience perforation of vibration surface after several years of full load use, which is caused by long-term high-frequency vibration fatigue of the stainless steel plate on the vibration surface. Perforation of vibration surface indicates that the service life of the transducer has reached its end, and maintenance usually only requires replacement.2

  超声波清洗机发生器常见问题有:

  Common problems with ultrasonic cleaning machine generators include:

  1.超声波清洗机打开电源开关,指示灯不亮。这种情况维修时必须检查电源开关是否完好,漏电开关是否合上。如果开关完好再检查保险丝是否过载熔断,基本上可以。

  1. Turn on the power switch of the ultrasonic cleaning machine, but the indicator light does not light up. When repairing this situation, it is necessary to check whether the power switch is intact and whether the leakage switch is closed. If the switch is intact, checking if the fuse is overloaded and blown can basically solve the problem.

  2.打开电源开关后,指示灯亮,但没有超声波输出。这种情况比较复杂,维修时检查换能器与超声波功率板的连接插头是否有松脱,然后检查保险丝是否熔断。如果一切正常有可能是超声功率发生器内部故障,用万用表打电源线明线,火线是否都通。在排除了发生器故障后再检查超声波换能器是否烧坏,是否需要更换。

  After turning on the power switch, the indicator light is on, but there is no ultrasonic output. This situation is quite complicated. When repairing, first check if the connection plug between the transducer and the ultrasonic power board is loose, and then check if the fuse is blown. If everything is normal, it is possible that there is an internal fault in the ultrasonic power generator. Use a multimeter to connect the power cord to the open wire and check if all live wires are connected. After troubleshooting the generator, check if the ultrasonic transducer is burnt out and if it needs to be replaced.

  3.超声波清洗机直流保险丝熔断。可能是整流桥堆或功率管烧毁,也可能是换能器老化,电流不稳,这些都可能造成电源发生器故障。维修时要多加注意。

  3. The DC fuse of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is blown. It may be due to the burnout of rectifier bridge stack or power tube, or it may be due to the aging of transducer and unstable current, all of which can cause power generator failure. Pay more attention during maintenance.

  4.超声波清洗机打开电源开关后,机器有超声波输出,但清洗效果不如以前理想。这种情况大多是使用不当造成,比如,清洗槽内清洗液液位不当,过高或者过低;超声波频率协调没有调好;清洗槽内液体温度过高或过低;清洗液选用不当或者用量不够。当然,也不排除换能器脱胶后使大部分超声波能量无法传递到清洗液中,这种情况应当及时送回厂家维修,以免烧坏振子。

This situation is mostly caused by improper use, for example, the level of cleaning solution in the cleaning tank is inappropriate, too high or too low; The ultrasound frequency coordination is not properly adjusted; The liquid temperature in the cleaning tank is too high or too low; Improper selection or insufficient use of cleaning solution. Of course, it cannot be ruled out that after the transducer is detached, most of the ultrasonic energy cannot be transmitted to the cleaning solution. In this case, it should be promptly sent back to the manufacturer for repair to avoid burning out the oscillator.
