如何利用超声波清洗机对发动机进行免拆清洗

对于电喷车而言,   免拆清洗时勿贪便宜目前市场上普遍采用的免拆清洗机清洗方式。其清洗是按喷油嘴的数量进行收费,一般一瓶清洗剂可以洗4个喷油嘴。需要注意的各种清洗剂的热值是不同的另外由于其中化学添加剂的差别,劣质清洗剂在清洗过程中,会对喷油器的密封圈、三元催化剂造成一定损害,而且长时间清洗对发动机的相关零部件有利。

只需要将合适的清洗剂加入油箱即可。但是目前市场上的清洗剂品种繁多,   此种方法简便易行。且规格不一,质量差的清洗剂由于热值不同(一般都会偏大,燃烧时的温度和压力比汽油混合气燃烧时要高,部件接受的热负荷与机械负荷会增大)清洗过程中,容易对进排气门、活塞、缸壁产生损害。

与用清洗机不同,   一般这种清洗的费用较高。要拆下喷油嘴。其优点在于,可以用超声波对喷油嘴有无雾化、响应水平、开关灵敏度、否漏油等进行检测。但其同样也存在缺点,由于在清洗过程中喷油嘴的电磁阀不动,阀芯的针孔不容易被清洗到目前新款的超声波清洗机,也可以给阀芯加上交流电,让其打开并通过眼芯往复运动,对阀芯的清洗效果比拟好。
