将CNC高压清洗机放置在一个通风、干燥、无水且无阳光直射暴晒的场所，加以固定。

1、将调压轮旋松，插上电源插头。

1. Unscrew the pressure regulating wheel and plug in the power plug.

2、打开喷枪，开动开关按钮（不同清洗机开关按钮颜色不同，这里不作说明），按下引水阀杆排除进水管及泵内空气。

2. Open the spray gun, start the switch button (the color of the switch button of different washers is different, which is not explained here), press the water diversion valve stem to exhaust the air in the water inlet pipe and pump.

3、待喷枪出水后，放开旋动调压轮，调节输出压力合适程度即可。如果电压偏低应降低输出压力，以减轻电动机负荷，如电压低于或高于清洗机所能承受的负荷与范围，需要立刻停止使用，避免烧毁电动机。

保养维护方法

Maintenance method

定期检查电源插头、电源线、漏电保护装置，如有损坏，应该立即停止使用，联系的人士进行维修处理。

Regularly check the power plug, power cord and leakage protection device. In case of damage, stop using immediately and contact professional personnel for maintenance.

定期检查接地装置，保证良好接地。

Check the grounding device regularly to ensure good grounding.

电动机、控制装置如进水、受潮，严禁使用并立即维修。

定期检查润滑油，应保持在油位刻线上，润滑油每动转200小时更换一次。如有其它液体进入曲轴箱内应及时换油。

检查三角皮带松紧程度，如不合格应及时调整。

定期检查各连接、紧固部位螺钉有无松动，如有松动应立即拧紧。

定期清洗水池、滤网上的杂质。
