2、喷淋系统：喷淋清洗共两套，一道采用药剂喷淋清洗，二道采用喷淋漂洗，三道采用喷淋漂洗、四道采用喷淋漂洗，五道采用喷淋防锈、内腔设喷管，喷管上设不锈钢喷嘴，上下喷淋管喷嘴间错布置，使清洗工件全方面在清洗区域确保工件清洗时无喷淋盲区，保证工件清洗的洁净度。

2. 喷淋清洗机清洗过程由PLC可编程自动控制，设备由喷洗室、储液箱、循环过滤系统、加热系统、切水系统、除油系统、烘干系统。其工作原理是通过高压水喷淋冲击工件表面并结合清洗剂的化学去污、除油、切水能力，从而使工件达到洁净的目的。工作过程是操作者将工件直接放置到设备的传动网链上；开启设备，工作方式选择自动运行，直到下料，此即完成一个工作循环进入下一工作循环，连续进行。
