一、功率

二、时间

不同的超声波清洗器所清洗的时间也不相同,所以要把控好时间,尽量控制在10-20min以内,时间太短效果不好,时间太长容易使设备表面出现问题,影响光洁度。

由于每个设备的物理特性不同,应选择不同的清洗温度,如一般清洗油脂50°c 以上是合适的;铝合金,一般选择40°c左右是合适的,温度过高,会形成氧化斑点; 毛刺一般选择15°c 以下独特的恒温技术,保证清洗对象在恒温环境下工作不受损害(我们的恒温产品恒温为0-80°c,± 2°c)。

四、频率

针对不同的设备需要调清洗器的频率,不能所有的设备都按照一个频率来,像一些机械设备表面较硬的,频率能够高一点,但是对于一些电子产品或是塑料等产品,清洗器的频率再那么高的话会使这些产品出现质量问题。
