1.电解清洗是利用电解作用将金属表面的污垢去除的清洗方法。电解是在电流作用下物质发生化学分解的过程。在电解过程中,金属表面的污垢开始脱落,在超声波的冲击下加速了剥离。在在金属表面沾有的硫化物、瓦斯气、树脂碎末、动植物油、矿物油、石蜡、积炭、氧化层,用电解的方法把这些污垢去除叫电解脱脂。
