超声波清洗机传感器的操作

一、超声波传感器可以对集装箱状态进行探测。将超声波传感器安装在塑料熔体罐或塑料粒料室顶部,向集装箱内部发出声波时,就可以据此分析集装箱的状态,如满、空或半满等。

1、 Ultrasonic sensors can detect the status of containers. When the ultrasonic sensor is installed on the top of the plastic melt tank or the plastic particle chamber, it can be used to analyze the status of the container, such as full, empty or half full.

二、超声波传感器可用于检测透明物体、液体、任何表粗糙、光滑、光的密致材料和不规则物体。但不适用于室外、酷热环境或压力罐以及泡沫物体。

2、 Ultrasonic sensors can be used to detect transparent objects, liquids, any rough, smooth, light dense materials and irregular objects. But it is not suitable for outdoor, hot environment or pressure tanks and foam objects.

三、超声波传感器可以应用于食品加工厂,实现塑料包装检测的闭环控制系统。配合新的技术可在潮湿环如洗瓶机、噪音环境、温度极剧烈变化环境等进行探测。

3、 Ultrasonic sensor can be used in food processing plants to realize the closed-loop control system of plastic packaging detection. With the new technology, it can detect in humid environment, such as bottle washing machine, noise environment, extremely violent temperature change environment, etc.

四、超声波传感器可用于探测液位、探测透明物体和材料,控制张力以及测量距离,主要为包装、制瓶、物料搬检验煤的设备运、塑料加工以及汽车行业等。超声波传感器可用于流程监控以提高产品质量、检测缺陷、确定有无以及其它方面。

4、 Ultrasonic sensors can be used to detect liquid level, detect transparent objects and materials, control tension and measure distance, mainly for packaging, bottle making, material handling, inspection of coal transportation equipment, plastic processing and automobile industry. Ultrasonic sensors can be used in process monitoring to improve product quality, detect defects, determine the presence or absence of defects and other aspects.

超声波清洗机不同的清洗液,要区分的清洗系统  水性系统:通常由敞口槽组成,工件浸没其中。而复杂的系统由多个槽组成,并配备循环过滤系统、冲淋槽、干燥槽以及其它附件。

Solvent system: mostly ultrasonic vapor phase degreasing cleaning machine, often equipped with waste liquid continuous recovery device. The ultrasonic vapor phase grease removal process is completed by an integrated multi tank system formed by solvent evaporation tank and ultrasonic immersion tank. Oil, grease, wax and other dirt dissolved in the solvent are removed by the combined action of hot solvent vapor and ultrasonic excitation. After a series of cleaning processes, the workpiece is heated, clean and dry.
